How we design your trip

Seven steps from the first message to the last transfer. Most travellers book three to nine months ahead.

  1. Tell us about your trip

    Your dates, who is travelling, what you enjoy and what you would rather avoid. Use the trip planner or write to us.

  2. We suggest a route

    A travel designer replies within one working day with a day-by-day route, the stays we would book and the reasoning behind each night.

  3. Change anything

    Add a night, swap a riad, slow the pace or add experiences. The price updates as you go.

  4. See the final price

    One total for your group, including vehicle, driver, stays, guides and the experiences listed. No surprises on the road.

  5. Book securely

    Confirm with a 25% deposit or pay in full by card. The balance is due 60 days before you travel.

  6. Before you leave

    You receive a travel pack with every address, contact and timing, plus a local SIM or eSIM on request.

  7. While you travel

    Your driver meets you in arrivals. Our team in Marrakech is on WhatsApp day and night until your flight home.
