Our story

Started by people who guide here

Flawless Travel began more than ten years ago with a small group of Moroccan guides and travel planners who wanted to show their country the way they would show it to friends: privately, at a sensible pace and with the right people at each stop.

We are based in Marrakech and work with the same drivers, licensed guides and riad owners season after season. Because we book everything directly, we can tell you exactly where you will sleep and who will meet you.

Some travellers want the dunes of the Erg Chebbi, others the workshops of Fes or a quiet week in the Atlas. We start from your dates and interests and build the route from there.

Lock in your travel dates and preferred accommodations with a secure 25% deposit via encrypted card payment.

We confirm everything

Our operations team confirms your rooms, guides and experiences and sends you a travel pack with every detail.

Travel

Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall. The balance is due 60 days before departure.

Can I change the itinerary?

Yes. Use Personalize this journey to add or remove nights, change hotels or add experiences. We send a revised price from our pricing system, usually within one working day.

How does payment work?

You book with a 25% deposit paid securely by card through Stripe. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. We never store card details on our servers.

When is my booking confirmed?

Your dates are held as soon as the deposit is paid. We confirm every hotel with our partners within 24–48 hours and send your final confirmation. If a hotel is unavailable we offer an equivalent or refund the deposit in full.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, minus card fees. 50% of the journey price from 59 to 30 days, and 100% within 30 days.
